FFL Holder Information
Shipping Legalities
Federal Law specifies that all modern firearms can only be shipped
to a valid Federal Firearms License holder. If you are not a legal
FFL holder, you must make arrangements with a FFL holder in your area
to handle firearm transactions for you. Most FFL holders handle firearm
transactions for a nominal fee, usually around $20 per firearm.
If you wish to purchase a firearm from Sporting Conversions, a legal
FFL from a federally licensed gun dealer must be provided. Before
we are legally able to ship a firearm to a federally licensed gun
dealer, we require an original copy of their FFL license signed in
blue or red ink. We can only ship to the address contained on the
FFL license. We verify all licenses with a national database of current
valid FFL holders before shipping.
