When will my credit card be charged?
We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
Do you keep my credit card information on file?
No. Sporting Conversions does not store any credit card information
either electronically or physically.
How will my charge appear on my credit card?
Your charge will appear as Sporting Conversions on your credit card
statement.
Why will you only ship to the billing address on my credit card?
For your protection as well as ours, we exercise certain precautions
when shipping orders over $300.00. One of these precautions is restricting
our shipments to the billing address on file with your credit card
company. This policy is in place to help reduce credit card fraud.
We realize that this may be an inconvenience for some of our customers
and we apologize. At Hayden's, we strive to offer the lowest prices
possible. By reducing credit card fraud, we are able to pass these
savings on to you.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since Sporting Conversions is based in New York state, we are required
to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to customers residing
in New York. Customers outside of New York do not pay sales tax.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay for your order with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.
We also accept payment via personal check, money order, cashier's
check, certified bank check or wire transfer for larger purchases.
I did not make a purchase from your website. What now?
If you did not make a purchase from our site but show a charge on
your credit card, please call us at 1.877.485.7935 immediately or
send us an email at CustomerCare@SportingConversions.com.
More often than not, unrecognizable credit card charges are simple
misunderstandings and not a case of fraud.
